PIKUNO 利用規約

1. 本規約の適用
本規約は、「PIKUNO」(以下「本サービス」。ウェブ版およびiOSアプリ版を含む)の運営者(以下「運営者」)が提供する本サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本サービスを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとみなされます。iOSアプリのソフトウェア自体のライセンスにはAppleの標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約(Apple Licensed Application EULA)が適用され、本サービスの利用には本規約が適用されます。
2. 利用資格・アカウント
- 本サービスは18歳以上の方のみ利用できます。18歳未満の方は登録・利用できません。
- アカウントの登録にはGoogle・Apple・LINEのいずれかの認証を使用します。ユーザーは自己の責任でアカウントを管理し、第三者に利用させてはなりません。
- 利用停止措置を回避する目的で複数のアカウントを作成してはなりません。
- ユーザーはアプリ内の機能によりいつでもアカウントを削除できます。
3. サービス内容
本サービスは、通話を待機しているユーザーを選んで1対1の音声通話ができるサービスです。現在はベータ版として無償で提供しており、運営者は、ユーザーへの合理的な周知をもって、機能の追加・変更・提供の中断または終了を行うことができます。
4. 禁止事項
本サービスは出会い系サービスではありません。ユーザーは以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 交際相手・性的な相手を探す目的での利用、性的な誘い、わいせつな発言、性的なサービスの提供・要求
- 金銭その他の対価を伴う交際・性的関係の勧誘(いわゆる「パパ活」等を含む)
- プロフィール(表示名・自己紹介・話題・画像)への性的な表現・出会い目的の記載・他人の権利を侵害する内容の掲載
- 侮辱・脅迫・差別・ハラスメント、暴力や自傷の助長、その他の迷惑行為
- 住所・口座・パスワード等の個人情報を聞き出す行為、詐欺、無断の勧誘・宣伝・スパム行為
- 相手の同意を得ない通話の録音・録画、および通話内容・相手のプロフィールを本人の同意なく公開する行為
- 年齢・身分を偽る行為、他人へのなりすまし、18歳未満の者を利用させる行為
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、犯罪に関連する行為
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング(法令で認められる場合を除く)、自動化された手段による大量アクセス・データ収集、本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
5. ユーザーコンテンツ
ユーザーが本サービスに登録したプロフィール等のコンテンツの権利はユーザーに帰属します。ユーザーは運営者に対し、本サービスの提供・改善・不正対応に必要な範囲で、当該コンテンツを無償で使用(表示・複製・翻訳を含む)する非独占的な権利を許諾するものとします。運営者は、本規約に違反するコンテンツを事前の通知なく削除できます。
6. 通話とデータ
音声通話は端末間で直接、または通信の中継サーバーを経由して送受信され、運営者が通話内容を保存・録音することはありません。通話の成立日時・状態などのメタデータは、通報対応・不正防止・サービス改善のために記録します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
7. 通報・ブロック・利用停止
運営者は、禁止事項に該当する行為またはそのおそれがあると判断した場合、事前の通知なく、コンテンツの削除、表示の制限、アカウントの利用停止その他必要な措置を行うことができます。通報の数や割合に基づき、通話待機中のユーザー一覧での表示制限やアカウントの一時停止・利用停止を自動的に行うことがあります。ブロック・通報の内容が相手に通知されることはありません。措置に心当たりがない場合は、第14条の連絡先までご連絡いただければ、人による再審査を行います。
不快なコンテンツおよび迷惑行為を行うユーザーは一切許容しません。通報は24時間以内に確認し、該当するコンテンツの削除と当該ユーザーの利用停止を行います。
Zero tolerance (English summary of this section): PIKUNO has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours; offending content is removed and the offending user is ejected from the Service. Users can report and block anyone from the list of users waiting for a call, from the incoming-call screen and during a call, and can remove their own listing at any time; reports are never disclosed to the reported user.
8. 免責事項
- 本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、運営者は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵(安全性・信頼性・正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性・セキュリティ等を含む)がないことを保証しません。
- ユーザー間のやり取り・紛争については当事者間で解決するものとし、運営者は関与する義務を負いません。
- 通信環境・端末・外部サービス(認証プロバイダ等)に起因する不具合について、運営者は責任を負いません。
9. 責任の制限
運営者は、本サービスに関して運営者の責めに帰すべき事由によりユーザーに損害が生じた場合、通常生ずべき損害の範囲内で、かつ1万円を上限として、その損害を賠償する責任を負います。ただし、損害が運営者の故意または重過失による場合には、この上限は適用されません。本条は、適用される強行法規によりユーザーに認められる権利を制限するものではありません。
10. 補償
ユーザーが本規約に違反して第三者または運営者に損害を与えた場合、当該ユーザーはその損害(合理的な弁護士費用を含む)を賠償する責任を負います。
11. 規約の変更
本規約は民法第548条の2に定める定型約款です。運営者は、変更が一般の利益に適合する場合、または契約目的に反せず変更の必要性・相当性がある場合、本規約を変更できます。変更する場合は、効力発生日を定め、本ページへの掲示その他適切な方法で効力発生日の前に周知します。
12. 権利義務の譲渡禁止・分離可能性
ユーザーは、運営者の書面による事前の承諾なく、本規約上の地位または権利義務を第三者に譲渡できません。本規約のいずれかの条項が無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、残りの条項は引き続き有効に存続します。
13. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、本条は、ユーザーの居住国の強行法規により消費者に認められる権利(居住国での提訴権を含む)を制限するものではありません。

15. 有料サービス(App内課金)
本サービスは、App内課金による有料コンテンツ(創業メンバーパス等)を提供することがあります。価格および内容は購入画面に表示されるものが適用されます。支払いはAppleのApp Store決済を通じて行われ、返金の可否はAppleの返金ポリシーに従います。デジタルコンテンツの性質上、提供完了後のユーザー都合によるキャンセル・返品はできません。「永久」「ずっと」等の表示は、本サービスの提供が継続する限りにおいて有効であり、本サービスが終了した場合はその時点で効力を失います。特定商取引法に基づく表記はこちらをご確認ください。
16. 言語
本規約は日本語を正文とします。英語訳は参考のために提供されるものであり、日本語版と英語版に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先します。
PIKUNO Terms of Service
Effective: August 26, 2026 / Last updated: August 28, 2026 — This English translation is provided for convenience. The Japanese version is the governing text (Section 15).
1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of "PIKUNO" (the web and iOS service, the "Service") provided by the operator of PIKUNO (the "Operator"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. The iOS app software itself is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; your use of the Service is governed by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Sign-in is provided via Google, Apple, or LINE. You are responsible for your account and must not let others use it.
- You must not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement measures.
- You may delete your account at any time in the app.
3. The Service
PIKUNO lets you pick a person who is waiting for a call and talk one-on-one by voice. The Service is currently provided free of charge as a beta. The Operator may add, change, suspend, or terminate features or the Service with reasonable notice to users.
4. Prohibited Conduct
PIKUNO is not a dating service. You must not:
- use the Service to seek romantic or sexual partners, make sexual advances, or offer/request sexual services;
- solicit relationships or sexual activity involving money or other compensation;
- post sexual content, dating solicitations, or content infringing others' rights in your profile;
- insult, threaten, discriminate, harass, promote violence or self-harm, or otherwise harass others;
- attempt to obtain personal information (address, bank account, passwords, etc.), or engage in fraud, unsolicited advertising, or spam;
- record calls without the other party's consent, or publish call contents or another user's profile without their consent;
- misrepresent your age or identity, impersonate others, or allow persons under 18 to use the Service;
- violate applicable laws or public order, or engage in conduct related to crime;
- gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), use automated means for bulk access or data collection, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
5. User Content
You retain your rights in the content you register (such as your profile). You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use (including display, reproduce, and translate) such content to the extent necessary to provide, improve, and protect the Service. The Operator may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
6. Calls and Data
Voice calls are transmitted directly between devices or via relay servers. The Operator does not store or record call audio. Call metadata (such as time and status) is recorded for abuse prevention, report handling, and service improvement. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Reports, Blocking, and Suspension
The Operator may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or take other measures without prior notice where it determines a violation or risk of violation exists. Based on the number and rate of reports, we may automatically limit a user's visibility in the list of users currently waiting for a call, or suspend/ban accounts. Reports and blocks are never disclosed to the other user. If you believe a measure was applied in error, contact us via Section 14 and a human will re-review it.
Zero tolerance. PIKUNO has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours; offending content is removed and the offending user is ejected from the Service. You can report and block any user from the list of users waiting for a call, from the incoming-call screen, and during a call; you can also remove your own listing from that list at any time by tapping "Stop waiting". 8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Disputes between users shall be resolved between the users concerned; the Operator has no obligation to intervene.
- The Operator is not responsible for failures caused by your network, device, or third-party services (such as authentication providers).
9. Limitation of Liability
Where damage is caused to you by a cause attributable to the Operator, the Operator shall be liable for ordinary and foreseeable damages up to a maximum of JPY 10,000. This cap does not apply where the damage results from the Operator's intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law.
10. Indemnity
If you violate these Terms and cause damage to a third party or the Operator, you are responsible for compensating such damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees).
11. Changes to the Terms
These Terms constitute standardized terms under the Japanese Civil Code. The Operator may amend them where the amendment serves the general interest of users or is reasonable and consistent with the purpose of the contract. Amendments will be announced on this page or by other appropriate means before the effective date.
12. No Assignment; Severability
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Operator's prior written consent. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes arising from the Service, provided that this does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence (including any right to bring proceedings there).

15. Paid Services (In-App Purchases)
The Service may offer paid digital content (such as the Founding Member Pass) via in-app purchase. The price and contents shown on the purchase screen apply. Payment is processed through Apple's App Store; refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations or returns after delivery are not accepted. Terms such as "permanent" or "forever" are effective only for as long as the Service is provided, and cease to have effect if the Service is terminated. 16. Language
The Japanese text of these Terms is the authoritative version. This English translation is provided for convenience only; in case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
